These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.sherrardstudios.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Sherrard Studios LLC (“Sherrard Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Website

This website provides information about photography services including weddings, engagements, portraits, and related creative services.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the Site.

All content on this Site, including images, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Sherrard Studios LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

2. Photography Services

All photography services are subject to a separate written contract executed between Sherrard Studios and the client.

Booking a session requires a non-refundable retainer. The retainer secures the date and compensates Sherrard Studios for reserving that time.

All payments made before or after a session are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling requests made at least 10 days prior to the session date may be accommodated without fee, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made fewer than 5 days prior to the session date may incur a rescheduling fee.

Failure to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled session time may be treated as a cancellation, and the retainer will be forfeited.

Full cancellation terms are outlined in each client’s signed photography agreement.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Sherrard Studios, you agree to receive service-related text messages regarding photography inquiries, bookings, scheduling, session reminders, and gallery notifications. By providing your phone number to Sherrard Studios LLC through our website forms, booking forms, contracts, or in-person registrations, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

Photography inquiries
Booking confirmations
Session reminders
Gallery notifications
Service-related communications

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Email Communications

By contacting us or booking services, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your inquiry, booking, or services.

Our website may utilize third-party services including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, online gallery platforms, and social media integrations. These third parties operate under their own policies and terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.

11. Changes to Terms

Sherrard Studios LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
